Q. Are emails included in the website price?

A. Yes, you can have up to 5 email accounts

Q. Can I integrate my website with a booking system for my clients?

A. Yes, we currently have interfaces for 2 free booking systems but if you are using a different booking system let us know and we can look at this for you.

Q. I am not very good with computers.

A. This is not a problem. The service we provide means that we do all of the techy stuff, you just let us know what you would like changed

Q. If I need to update my website is there an additional charge for this?

A. As part of your monthly fee we will update your website each month. So if you are feeling festive and would like a snowfall effect on your website around Christmas, or you have a special offer you would like to tell your prospective clients about, just email us the information.

Q. Can I have a blog as part of the website?

A. Absolutely!

Q. I am thinking about having a newsletter. Can I have a link on my site so people can sign up to my newsletter automatically?

A. Absolutely.

Q. Lots of websites now seem to have a “chat” function. Is this something you can provide?

A. Yes, we offer Whatsapp chat. Potential clients can click on the chat button and you will receive that message via Whatsapp. This can be set up so they automatically get a message saying we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. Can I have links to my social media on my site?

A. Yes of course

Q. Can I have google reviews put directly on my site.

A. Yes you can. Once you set up your google account to receive reviews, we can integrate this with your website.
